Patricia Antonino - Founder and CEO

After 20 years of experience in planning, projects and management, I decided to change the direction of my career. With the aim of combating the waste of human potential, I combined my personal experience in search of purpose with passion for innovation to dedicate myself to entrepreneurship, founding Connectholics.

 

My main motivation is to make people recognized for their qualities and join people who complement them in what they are not so strong, allowing everyone to work motivated, happy and in constant development.

Dalila Ferreira - Organizational Psychologist

Graduated in psychology with 5 years of experience in the organizational area, my main interest since graduation was to work promoting health and quality of life for people within their work environment and this desire connected me to the purpose of Connectholics.
 

My main motivation is to bring self-knowledge to professionals, so that they can develop and work putting their potential into practice.
