4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

When using theservicesgivesConnectholics, OUsermust refrain from:

If you choose to pay by credit card on a recurring basis, the charge for theplans “I want partners”, “Full power”, “I want PROMO partners”and“Full Power PROMO”will be carried out on a recurring basis, through thePayPal. 

In this modality, the amount shown in the table above will be charged directly to your card for12 (twelve)months. 

If you opt for recurring payment, you will receive aPayment termfor email subscription, in which you will be informed of the terms and conditions specific to that type of subscription.

You are solely responsible for your interactions, dialogues and opinions expressed within thePlatform, therefore, undertakes to act with cordiality and respect, as well as recognizes that any opinions and statements made byusersdo not reflect the position of theConnectholics.

THEConnectholicsreserves the right to permanently delete or ban fromPlatform Userscaught or reported for behavior that is offensive, disrespectful, threatening or that in any way violates the rights of anotherUser.

IfUserexcluded or banned byPlatformhas chosen to make the payment in 12 installments (twelve installments), he is not exempt from continuing to pay for the services provided, until the due discharge.

OUserdoes not acquire, through theTerms and conditions of useor givePrivacy Policy, no intellectual property rights or other exclusive rights, including patents, designs, trademarks, copyrights or rights to confidential information or trade secrets, on or related to the platform, as well as the database composed of data fromusers, which are the exclusive property ofConnectholics.
 

Any and all content made available on thePlatform, either byConnectholicsor by yoursusers, as well as any and all databases constituted belong exclusively to theConnectholicsand are protected by Brazilian legislation, especially with regard to intellectual property and copyright.
