With this focus, Binni and Connectholics came together to show that diversity is always a great choice: a multitude of unique neurons makes the team unique, with a great creative differential.

To be effective, all social actors must be integrated and represented, having an active voice in decision-making and, to encourage this integration, we will bring the autism profile, showing how we can be more empathetic and build healthy working relationships with autistic people.

Speech is beautiful, but it is not enough; we need action. Our event will have a panel with the participation of specialists and autistic people, a group dynamic to carry out a project together, followed by a closing in a happy hour format to exchange experiences and experiences. We want to show, in practice, that with empathy and respect we can extract the best from the other and generate great joint achievements.
